Our front office team is here to help with all your scheduling, financial, and insurance needs. Most often, they’ll be the first smiling faces you’ll see when you come into the office. They’re always available to answer any question you may have and they want to make your time here as pleasant, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. They always try to provide the very best customer service available to ensure you not only get an effective and excellent outcome from your treatment, but also enjoy your time in our office.

I am super excited to have joined the wonderful family of Aurora Orthodontics & Periodontics. I enjoy being able to help coordinate the running of the office and guide our patients with their financial and treatment options. I have been in the dental field for 20 years, and truly enjoy what I do. I graduated in 2002 from NLU with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing which has greatly enhanced my management skills. I look forward to continuing shaping our patient’s smiles!

I have been working in Dentistry for 5 years now, and I love it. One of my passions is helping others, and here at Aurora Orthodontics and Periodontics I am able to do just that. Being one of the first ones you will meet either walking into our office or scheduling an appointment over the phone, my goal is to provide you with the best customer service and making you feel part of our family. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies or baking with my handsome son and husband.

I joined the Aurora Orthodontics and Periodontics family in 2015 and have been in the dental field for over ten years. As the front desk receptionist I am committed to working with you and your family to create a stress-free experience. I am happy to answer all your questions, plan appointments and resolve any concerns. I also assist you through explaining and discussing your insurance benefits, making payments, and processing dental claims and preauthorization's. I enjoy working with the best doctors and amazing staff knowing as a team we love to find ways to help people build confidence they need to share their smile!

We are fortunate to have exceptional dental assistants, that not only assure that our time together in treatment goes smoothly, but are involved as oral hygiene educators, providing pre- and post-surgical care and are responsible for much of the behind the scenes support, such as sterilization, cleanliness, and infection control.

I love working with patients and enjoy working with Dr. Chacon and Dr. Patino because we are truly a family here, where all care for one another, and sincerely care for our patients. I attended Waubonsee Community College, where I received my dental certificate. I am both Orthodontics assistant and Periodontal Surgery Assistant.

I have been a dental Assistant for about 20 years. Throughout these years, I have had the opportunity to use my skills in Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Hygiene, General Dentistry  and of course my favorite Orthodontic Assisting. I have work side by side with remarkable Doctors to provide the best dental care quality. Here at our current office, with the use of the most advanced technology and a talented team, we make sure our patients leave feeling comfortable and confident about their smiles. I really enjoy being a part of this team.  We make every effort to provide a friendly, safe environment where patients can feel like they are part of our family and reach our goal of giving you a beautiful smile. I started working at Aurora Orthodontics 7 yrs ago assisting chairside. I work both on the periodontal and the orthodontic sides. I strive in paying close attention to every single detail, so patients can rest assure they are receiving the best standard of oral care.
